What documents do I need to rent a car?

A valid driver’s license, National Identification Card (NIC), or credit card in the driver’s name, and proof of insurance are generally required. International travelers can present a valid passport and, in some cases, an International Driving Permit (IDP). References may be required as well. 

Do you offer one-way rentals?

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, reservations can be modified or canceled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details. Changes to your reservation may be subject to availability and rate adjustments.

What is your fuel policy?

Vehicles are rented with a full fuel tank and should be returned the same way. We also offer a pre-purchase option where you can pay for the fuel in advance and return the vehicle at any level.

Do you offer roadside assistance?

Yes, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals. This service covers a range of assistance, including lockouts, flat tires, and battery service. Additional charges may apply.

Are your vehicles smoke-free?

Yes, all our vehicles are 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee will be charged to any customer who violates this policy.
